Farrell's White Bear Township is a 10-week group fitness program for anyone seeking to enhance their current way of living. Classes are 45 minutes long, six days per week, switching between cardio kickboxing and strength training. Every member receives our 10-Week Challenge, nutrition coaching, meal plans, personal coaches, and a supportive and reassuring environment to meet their goals.

That depends on the person. While how much you weigh is an important piece of your health, focusing solely on weight loss will only lead to short-term success. We center on body fat loss, not just weight loss, to ensure your journey to a healthier lifestyle is well-rounded!
We offer three flexible enrollment options and work with you to select the one that fits your needs. We advise reaching out to your preferred location for more specifics. We offer a free week of classes to try the Farrell's program!

All Farrell's locations use the industry-leading, heart-rate tracking, wearable Myzone. Members may buy a Myzone belt for use in and outside of the gym. Myzone is a crucial part of the Farrell's program and is used to monitor heart rate during both our HIIT-style cardio kickboxing workouts and strength training classes. Instructors and coaches use Myzone to determine the pace of the class and ensure members are achieving their Level 10!
Want to know what you’re really made of? Understanding your body composition is the first process toward keeping track of your results. At Farrell's, we use InBody, an award-winning body composition analysis scale, which examines fat, lean body mass, minerals, and body water. InBody confirms the results you’re getting on the mats onto paper, so you can see how much body fat you’re getting rid of and how much lean muscle you’re gaining!
Our workouts aren’t extreme, but the results you’ll achieve if you follow our program are. You’ll be able to tailor your workouts to your chosen level of intensity, while progressing toward your own goals. We also offer versions of all of our exercises to ensure a great workout.

Of course not! When we kick off our 10-Week Challenge, everyone starts at the same point. We have members of all ages and fitness abilities, each with their own goals. And don’t forget, all of our coaches and instructors were once students too.
This is exactly why we schedule our 10-Week Challenges—so everyone starts and ends together. We start each 10-Week Challenge by illustrating the most fundamental fitness kickboxing and strength training exercises, building on those starting moves during your 10 weeks. It won’t be too long before throwing combinations at the heavy bag will feel natural.
Eating the right foods is a core element of your transformation at Farrell's. That’s why we made our nutrition program uncomplicated! We’ll personalize and teach you simple routines that will keep you motivated and headed in the right direction. From easy meal planning to thorough nutrition coaching, we will be there to offer you the support you need to be successful.

*Farrell's eXtreme Bodyshaping guarantees that you will experience progress in your physical fitness. If you stick to our 10-Week program as described and do not have improvement in at least 70 percent of your fitness testing, we will refund all your money. Since we cannot be with you outside of class and can only instruct and encourage healthy eating routines, members must provide their food logs weekly during the challenge to aid us in better coaching you to reach great results. Your own results may vary.
