Farrell's White Bear Township is more than a gym. Unlike typical gyms, Farrell's has instructed our members about the value of nutrition since our inaugural 10-Week Challenge. If you’re fueling your body with whole, healthy foods, it leads to improved results! But knowing what to eat can be complex—especially with so much opposing information out there. You won’t have to guess with Farrell's.

We make eating the right foods easy. With our proven nutrition plans, you always feel content because you’ll be eating a balanced diet of nutritious, body-fueling foods. And we lay out all of it for you—not only what to eat, but how much and when. We show you what your body needs for you to meet your goals. When you follow our nutrition plan, you will get results—and you’ll feel the transformation in your body and mind that only nourishing food can deliver.

We tailor your plan to meet your distinct needs and goals. You won’t feel deprived. You can continue going out to eat, and you can still have the same meals as your family. You’ll learn what your ideal food choices are in any setting. And there’s always your weekly Farrell's Fun Day where you can have some of your favorite goodies—whether it’s a donut for breakfast, pizza for dinner, or a drink or two with friends!

To make things even easier, your coach will always be there to reply to questions and give you recommendations. They will walk you through your food logs and meal plans to help keep you on the right path. Plus, you can always find delicious ideas and new recipes to keep you satisfied in the Farrell's cookbook.

Simple Eating for 10 Weeks

During your 10-Week Challenge, we’ll explain good nutrition. You’ll learn what to eat, when to eat it, and how much you should eat of different essential nutrients at each meal. Your complete Farrell's Family will be here to assist you, especially your coach. You’ll learn how to plan your meals and record them for success.

Don’t sweat it if planning isn’t your thing! As part of your 10-Week Challenge, you’ll get 10 full weeks of meal plans! These include specific instructions and guidance on portion sizes with all meal plans and even weekly grocery lists. And your nutrition plan wouldn’t be finished without the Farrell's Fun Day! On Sundays, we encourage members to treat themselves and indulge their cravings.

Our meal plans are adaptable. Follow them as written or switch it up to meet your tastes. Some members like to eat similar meals every day for an entire week, while others like to have alternatives. Your coach, or anyone in your Farrell's Family will be there for you if you have any questions. Not positive which foods are interchangeable? Just ask. Still hungry after a meal?
